VoiceSum Technology

VoiceSum™ Technology is a method of analyzing the recorded conversation as a whole into one or two final decisions by calculating and using the "Extended Emotion Free Structure" of the speaker.

VoiceSum is used for example to calculate a "Risk" level (for fraud Prevention), "QA Flag" for Quality Assurance purposes, or "Mental State" for the detection of possible mental conditions. 

VoiceSum uses the parameters acquired by the "Sense" or the "L.V.A" technology for every voice segment, and  LioNet™ Technology is used in some cases to build emotional profiles of the requested analysis type. 

However, VoiceSum also does pre-defined processes of it's own. Normally, a "Conversation Emotional Signature" is produced for each analyzed conversation. This signature can be processed immediately, or stored and compared with other signatures at a later stage.
