OK... So you know the claim you received is fraudulent... what now?

SEC3 Technique is a 3-phase method of Cognitive Interviewing Techniques using Nemesysco's systems that makes fraudulent claims "go away"...

SEC3 is used together with RA5 product family, but is not an automated process. The investigation technique is applied by the RA5 operator trained to perform SEC3 investigations, and is aimed towards two possible end-results:

1. The fraudulent claim is abandoned by the claimant - The method used is to let the subject understand in a very polite manner that you know he is not being honest, and if his claim is not withdrawn or he does not opt out for one of the escape hatches provided, he will face the unpleasant outcomes.

2. To build your defense line - if the claimant did not withdrawn his claim, and the case goes to your legal department, using SEC3, you will know exactly where your subject is insecure, and the recorded track of events and sentences prove that the case is indeed fraudulent.

SEC3 Training Availability

SEC3 training is conducted by our service center experts around the world, and the training structure and syllabus is determined by Nemesysco's Training Department. SEC3 training takes place at the client's premises, and use workbooks, computer based training tools, Taped recorded protocols as well as live and active cases. The training is 5 days, 4-5 hours each.

Day 3: First live practices (in-group).

Day 4: The "Exit Doors" technique. Why, How, When? - Live practice (in

group).

Day 5: Going Live! - Using RA5 and SEC3 for real. - Summary of findings.

Once the training period is over, our trainer will stay on the premises to ensure that all trained personnel understand what they have learned and are able to implement their new knowledge within their investigative environment so as to maximize the results.
