LEGAL WARNING OF PATENT RIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

On behalf of Nemesysco Ltd. and myself, being the inventor and rights owners of the Truster Technology, you are hereby informed that the product "Handy Truster" offered by various e-mail publication and web sites is manufactured illegally by 911 Computers (Korea), and is infringing Nemesysco’s Patent and Copyrights.

Legal action will begin shortly against any infringement of the patent and/or copyrights worldwide.

Please note that at this time, Nemesysco Ltd. (Israel) is the only entity that has rights on my behalf to deal with the Truster Technology and any of its derivatives.

Furthermore, the technology embedded in the Handy Truster is using the very basic “Truster” algorithm, and does not reach the claimed accuracy of 85%.

Nemesysco and myself are now developing the new and legal line of products, using the latest “Sense” technology, and these new products will be available shortly.
